Everything is cooked to order
Nothing sits under a heat lamp. That means a short wait at busy times — and a wrap that's still steaming when you get it.
Celiac customers, come find us
There's no gluten anywhere at the stall or in our prep kitchen. If you want the detail before you order, just ask.
Get in early
The popular fillings do sell out. If your heart is set on the Smoked Salmon, don't leave it until 11am.
Say hello properly
Tell Maria your name. She'll remember it, and your order, next weekend. This is not a joke — ask any regular.
Cash is easiest
Cash is preferred and keeps things moving. Card is accepted too, with a small surcharge — we're a small business and the fees are real.
Leave room for something sweet
Nutella, peanut butter, or the guava & haloumi if you want the properly Brazilian one. Same tapioca base, different mood.
